19 oktober 2010 — The Dominanta-Energy Company sponsored the anniversary year of the State University for Economics and Finances

Supporting the national education is one of the priority tasks that are before any Russian company.

During the rapid development of information technologies and demands of society and business for professional staff resources, the current Russian education system remains one of the reliable and stable suppliers of qualified specialists to the Russian labour market.

That’s precisely why the Dominanta Company acted as a sponsor of the anniversary year of establishment of the Saint-Petersburg State University for Economics and Finances – a senior economic institution of higher education in Russia.

Grand anniversary activities were run within the 80th anniversary since the date of University's establishment. On May 25, 2010, the 4th Russian-Chinese forum of lead economists discussed issues of development of commercial-and-economic and investment cooperation between two countries, remedy measures to eliminate effects of global financial and economic crisis and strengthening of the strategic partnership.

On June 17, the XVI All-University Job Fair took place where the graduates and students had an opportunity to find an interesting job or on-the-job training and the companies could meet the young advanced specialists.

On September 23, the grand meeting of the Board of Academics was conducted in the Taurida Palace having over 1 000 of university personnel and guests participated. The Governor of Saint-Petersburg, Mrs. Valentina Matvienko attended the meeting among the honoured guests.

On October 14, the 3rd International Scientific Conference “ENERGETICA XXI: Economics, Politics, Environment” took place.
